Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your Sdumo account and the personal data associated with it. This includes your profile (phone number and name), vehicle details, saved diagnoses, and any location or road data linked to your account.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@sdumo.com from the contact details on your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the phone number associated with your Sdumo account so we can verify the request.
3. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account profile (name, phone number).
• Your vehicles and saved diagnoses.
• Location and road-sensor data tied to your account.
• Message history associated with your account.

What we may retain

We may retain limited records where the law requires (for example, transaction records for accounting), and anonymised, non-identifying road-quality data that can no longer be linked to you.
